Terms & Conditions
Last updated 11 October 2026
These terms are a contract between you and Tarvina hospitality management system ("we", "us"), provider of the TARVINA Hospitality Management System™ cloud software for hotels, lodges and hospitality businesses.
Acceptance
By creating an account, subscribing or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you subscribe for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
The service and licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own hospitality business during your subscription. You must not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute it, or get around technical limits.
Your account
Keep login details and clock PINs confidential and keep your information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your accounts.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful use, fraud, spam or false financial records.
- No infringement of anyone's intellectual property.
- No malware, probing, scraping or interference with the service's security.
Intellectual property
We own the service, its software, documentation and the TARVINA brand. You keep ownership of the data you enter, and you allow us to host and process it only to provide the service.
Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each year until cancelled; when you cancel you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Service level
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded.
Liability
Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. After termination you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Liberia.
